About Chanting Classes | Qi Wellness London

A chanting class consists of thirty minutes chanting followed by fifteen minutes meditation. The chanting is designed to help tune your body, mind and spirit to the frequency of Qi energy.

The vibration of the chants help open the three main energy centres beginning with the crown chakra on top of the head, followed by the heart chakra in the middle of the chest and finally opening the lower energy centre in the abdomen, which supports vitality.

As you focus on each individual sound, the mind becomes more present, releasing unnecessary worries and clutter.
